So it's Monday afternoon. It's been a shitty day at work and I can't wait for this week to be over already. I really wanted to go home and watch reruns of Downton Abbey (I know it's been years, but I am still not over Matthew's death...I mean he was just SO perfect...(where do you find men like him?!?) )
But instead I went to the gym!!!
For me hitting my fitness goal means going to the gym when I could be going home and be lazy instead. I know it's not a huge goal as running a marathon or lifting 50kgs BUT it's a goal I can achieve. And even if I am not spending hours on the treadmill, afterwards I still feel better and happier. Maybe in the future I will decide I need to do more, but for now I am happy with what I am doing and that's all that really matters.
