I've always liked to cook and I can talk for hours about food and wine. Cooking a delicious dish for friends or my family gives me a huge amount of happiness and pleasure. It's when everything comes down to the basics of life and where the people you love have a good time at the kitchen table with exciting food and good wine. That's what life is all about to me.
So I have started a weekly market stall: The Jaffle Project, where I make yummy Jaffles and hope that I can brighten-up someone's day with every little bite. Jaffles are a snack that generations of Aussies have been brought up with and I give them a modern twist to bring back memories and create new ones for the next generation.
